I am a Health Supportive Personal Chef who can plan and prepare nurturing nutritionally balanced menus based on your tastes and personal preferences.

I shop for and use natural, local, seasonal, fresh, sustainable, unrefined and organic foods (wherever possible) to support optimal health.

Clients who already have compromised health, such as dairy, wheat and gluten sensitivities, high cholesterol, sugar issues, heart problems, candida albicans or cancer are catered for by the use of foods and cooking methods that can aid in their recovery.

I can help by interpreting your diet prescription into menu plans and recipes that suit your tastes and preferences. You will be able to comply and conform to your new diet with ease. Your success means your health.

I recently returned to live in North Yorkshire having lived in the USA for over 10 years. I am a chef graduate of the internationally renowned Natural Gourmet Institute of Health Supportive Culinary Arts in New York City.
