
Personal Chef Service
Come home to personally prepared foods cooked in the setting of your own kitchen. You choose the frequency of my visits, once or twice a week, or once a fortnight perhaps.
Some clients invite me to cook when they are especially pressured, just want to treat themselves now and again, or are having extra guests for a celebration.
The process starts by an agreed menu based on your likes, dislikes and health issues. I then shop, prepare the foods and either can stay to meet, serve and clear away dinner or leave the foods family style or portioned with cooking and storing instructions.
Menu Planning Service
There is a possibility you may not want me to cook at all for you! I find the key to stress free eating is all in the planning. If you haven’t got time to plan menus feeding yourself or your family is like the Grand National – lots of big hurdles to get over!
So if you prefer to cook I can help you with weekly menus and provide the recipes, tailored to family size, and the weekly shopping list. The thinking is taken away from you, all you have to do is cook, and a creative fabulous and tasty meal that could be ready in about 30 minutes.
This service is available to anywhere in the world (English speaking though as languages are not one of my gifts!)
Temporary Help
If you have been diagnosed with an allergy, intolerance or a disease that is compromising your health I can support you with help, advice, shopping and/or cooking and bring you to a place where you are able to prepare and eat new, interesting and tasty new foods.
With your permission I can speak with your health practitioner to ensure that we are all on the same page!
This may involve escorting you on a shopping expedition, supplying you with delicious recipes; free from the foods you are no longer able to eat. I can also give you instruction on cooking skills and possibly cook for you until you are able to do so yourself.
Cooking Instruction - Courses, Demonstrations and Workshops
The basis of my teaching rests on the use of the acid/alkaline balance. I believe that with the correct ratio health can be dramatically improved.
I recently offered hands on 6 week cooking courses (2 to 2 ½ hours eash week) to a church group and to seniors.

Personal or Private Cooking Parties
If you like to have an informal cooking party at home or at a hired venue I would be delighted to design the event!
These are fun events where friend, relatives and colleagues can get together to bond though the preparation and celebration of food and drink.
This type of get together is also perfect for corporate events or hen/stag parties.
