Diane I just had to share something with you because I am so excited. Ever since your cooking classes at Church last year I have tried to eat better, particularly organic but could not get it quite together. I realized I was eating too much wheat, that mybody was not tolerant of it as I always had mild stomach pains. I changed our diets, buying organic fruits, vegetables, meats and eating whole grains. Well let me tell you that in only 3 weeks I have lost 8 pounds and my husband 11 pounds! Our energy levels are up and even better our pants are loose! Who knew it would be this easy? .Steve Rosman, Ph.D., L.Ac., M.S.- I am an Integrative Healthcare Clinician in New York, USA. While I do have a general practice, many of my patients do need special diets of one kind or another. Until about a year ago, I was compelled to use much of my time to help individuals locate resources online and at stores in the community. Then, often, they asked for specific menus and dietary plans. For many years, I responded to their needs and was glad to do so. However, it placed a strain on the time I had available to help others in need. Then Diane Raymond entered my life. Compassionately and with the utmost professionalism, she shared her extensive knowledge with my patients in so many ways. From the beginning, she reduced their angst and helped them remove the burden of identifying necessary resources. I am so sorry she has returned to the UK. Diane prepared meals for me every other week for over 3 years in New York City. She refined my palate, my kitchen and my health.
